RSCI takes on jobs of all sizes. Big to small and everything in between. Once all the business details are discussed and agreed upon we will:
-Perform a Material Take OFF/ Estimate (when required).
-Mobilize to site.
-Require access to isometric drawings and line designation table for valve/flange size, rating coordinates, temperatures..
-Send 1-4 trained workers to site, depending on scope of work.
-Site measure up will begin.
-Measure sheets are sent to our manufacturing facility in Edmonton generally next working day.
-Build process begins.
-A one to two week turnaround can be expected for initial shipment with ongoing deliveries every week or two thereafter (depending on prior agreement and site location) until completion of the job.
-De-mobilize.

Standard service covers (up to 259 c):
Jacket: Alpha style 1650 teflon coated fiberglass cloth.
Insulation: Alpha Temp-Mat (mechanically needled fiberglass mat.) 1" - 2"
Liner: Alpha style 1650 teflon coated fiberglass cloth.
Fasteners: Industrial hook and loop velcro/ stainless steel lacing anchors.
Construction: Alpha D-24 teflon coated fiberglass thread.
Hot service covers (260 c and up):
Jacket: Alpha style 1650 teflon coated fiberglass cloth.
Insulation: Alpha Temp-Mat (mechanically needled fiberglass mat.) 1.5" - 3"
Liner: Alpha 2025/ VCF (vermiculite coated fiberglass cloth.)
Fasteners: Industrial hook and loop velcro/ stainless steel lacing anchors.
Construction: Mechanically stitched with Alpha S-110-3 high temp thread.
*450 c and above will have wire mesh incorporated into the liner.

How long until we would receive the product?
Answer:
Turn around times vary due to many different variables. Generally, one to two weeks depending on location of site, quantity, etc..
